From Rejection to Acceptence

I'm absolutely over the moon to have had my painting 'Instinct" selected to be a part of the associate member exhibition at Penwith gallery. After putting my paintings forward several times since I joined in 2023, this time I got a yes.
I wanted to share that with you because, it can often only be the successes that get shared without the back story, but it took me applying again and again, feeling the emotional rollercoaster of each no and then motivating myself to try again the next time to eventually get this yes.
If you have something you are striving for, keep going, stay persistent, believe in yourself and it will happen for you too.
The exhibition is running until 3rd March, you can see the sister painting 'Clarity' online here , before that goes into an exhibition in Falmouth too, which will be my solo exhibition Momentum - inspiring and connecting to feeling of joy and freedom through abstract art.
This exhibition will run from 4th -28th March at Inspire Makers - Falmouth.
